About CAG-MSC

McMaster’s Student Connection to the Canadian Association on Gerontology (CAG-MSC) aims to bring awareness to the needs of older adults and gerontology-based research by organizing aging-related events and opportunities for students to get involved. We strive to bridge the intergenerational gap, amplify the voice of older adults, and eradicate ageist ideologies.

Past Project:
Generations

The goal of  The Generations Project is to build community, facilitate intergenerational connections, and amplify the voices of senior citizens. McMaster students interviewed seniors, caregivers, and members of the field of gerontology. Reflections and interview findings were published as a book.
